I need Space (2023) - Flavia Megna - short animation film

Joanna’s NFTS graduation animation film I Need Space directed by animator Flavia Megna and written by BAFTA nominated writer Aleksandra Sykulak.

Overwhelmed by the chaos and noise of her hometown, Rosa longs for peace and quiet, feeling homesick for a place she has never known. Everything changes on the day of the Sun Festival, when she gets magically transported to the Moon.

The film has played at numerous festivals internationally, selected for Cinemagic and winning best animation at Istanbul International Spring Film Festival.
